Fall Symposium’s theme is “Being Human: The Art of Customer Connection.

As technology continues to evolve, the indispensable role of human interactions in CX becomes even more critical. Symposium will explore how to effectively integrate technology without losing the personal touch essential for building lasting relationships with both customers and employees.

Topic Examples
You’re encouraged to share your insights and expertise on topics including, but not limited to:

  • Strategies for balancing technological advancements with human empathy in CX.
  • Case studies on successful integration of AI and other technologies without compromising personal interactions.
  • Techniques for training and empowering employees to maintain a human touch in a digital world.
  • The future of customer engagement and the evolving role of human interactions.
  • Innovative approaches to building and sustaining customer relationships through personal connections.
  • The impact of technology on customer expectations and how to meet them with empathy and care.

Proposals which offer alternatives to a PowerPoint, such as immersive, participatory or workshop-style sessions are encouraged!

Please note: If your proposal is selected for the Fall 2024 Symposium, you will be notified by July 31 with a Speaker Agreement and request for the speaker’s headshot to be included on the website.
